it was great to be in Mexico again, but next time I’ll stay somewhere else.
the beach was wonderful! housekeeping was great and the fruit was amazing!
Beach lounge chairs not very comfortable and there is no side table to put your drink on, therefore every time you picked up your drink, you got sand on yourself. Restaurant staff stood around a lot looking at their phones, almost every morning I had to get up and get my own coffee and sometimes silverware. I’ve stayed here before when it was just a Marival and everything was wonderful, now that it is emotions it just seems like they’re cutting corners. I always look forward to the breakfast with people making fresh food now the only thing that they make for you are eggs otherwise everything else is premade.

too many children should stay in building 6 but not possible to secure a different location when boo
room 239 too far from common areas, no elevators, service t amalfi restaurant and la pergola restaurants much too fast
